Kris' Introduction to Skills Clinic
For the 2nd/3rd/4th,etc.... year rowers looking to improve their rowing.

Participants will gain an understanding of and insight into the rowing stroke, and feel more comfortable in a boat, whether a single, double or quad. Interested in racing? Share her Trial-and-Error learnings to make racing more approachable and less intimidating. This schedule can help participants choose which sessions to attend (or avoid!). Skills may be added, shuffled or deleted, depending on feedback.

Sign up on the boat sign-up page, and indicate if you will be using your own boat or a club boat. If you intend to use a club boat, you will need to sign it out for that session. Please sign up at least 24 hours in advance to let me know how many intend to attend a particular session, so I can be better prepared for that day's program. There is no limit on the number of participants!
